Three years after joining Bryan S Ryan as an Account Manager, he set up the National Accounts Division which he successfully ran until he was promoted to General Sales Manager in 1999. Jim became Sales Director in 2007 whilst retaining direct responsibility for a team of dedicated Account Managers.
