Office Interiors
Partitioning/Suspended Ceiling/Flooring
Creating a new environment within your offices can be accomplished through the use of partitions, suspended ceilings and/or flooring. By rearranging your space you can improve the working conditions, the wiring and air conditioning; you can also improve office hygiene and safety through upgraded ventilation and a more logistical office layout.
Our specialists will help you to achieve the most beneficial use of the space available to you. We will survey your office and make the appropriate recommendations.
We supply and install demountable partitions, including framed, double glazed or dry-jointed glass partitions. These can create new offices or bring privacy to open plan areas.
Suspended ceilings are a simple way to improve ventilation, add lighting or hide ducts and wiring, while still making it accessible for maintenance.
New flooring can add dramatically to an office environment. We can recommend and install a huge range of carpets, tiles and wooden floors to give your offices an entirely new feel.
Once we know your requirements we will develop full layout drawings, as well as suggesting the materials to be used. These drawings will show you how the completed project will look. Our team can manage the project through to completion to ensure your business experiences minimal disruption.
Space Planning/Project Management/CAD
If you are assessing the suitability of a new building for your office, or looking to develop a building further, our experienced project design team will advise you on the full potential of the building or site. We will carry out a detailed feasibility study, create a comprehensive design layout and produce a Safety Plan and Risk Assessment of works to be carried out. Bryan S Ryan can also complete all the works required so that you take over a finished site in ‘turnkey’ condition. This can include re-wiring, painting, air conditioning, building partitions, creating offices and working spaces, and setting up your IT and telephone systems.
Space Planning can be employed for new offices or existing offices. The opportunity is to optimise the space available to create an efficient and conducive working environment. The project team will conduct an on-site survey and produce a feasibility study to show the optimum layout, based on the number of people to be accommodated. CAD drawings will be presented to show you as closely as possible how the finished project will look.
Our specialists welcome as much or as little of your input as you want to provide.
