Zero Landfill, Maximum Impact: Our Commitment to the Circular Economy

We operate within the recommended guidelines to improve your overall environmental performance; however, this can only be achieved by partnering with certified, credible Recycling partners. See who they are below:

1. Working with our suppliers in providing Carbon Neutral Devices (Kyocera & Canon)

2. Collect and recycle all devices through our Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment programme (WEEE). We currently have partnership programmes with Kavanaghs and Envirogreen.

3. Collect and refurbish devices for re-sale either directly or indirectly under our Used Electrical, Electronic, Equipment Programme (UEEE).

4. This underpins our commitment to extending the life cycle of pre-loved products in our Circular Economy Programme with the added benefit of adhering to ISO27001 standards. We partner with Trade Copiers UK as part of this Programme and are delighted to state that we’ve been a “Circular Economy Champion” for over two decades

5. Maintain our membership with Repak which supports the funding of local environmental initiatives

6. We partner with Waterloo Business Management, specialists in Raw Material Recovery, in offering our Toner Take-Back service. This allows for the easy return of Toner empties under our ISO9001 process. Consumables are granulated and prepared for reuse as recycle. This “Full circle initiative” has a Zero Landfill policy and operates under the EU Waste Framework Directive.

7. Developing a range of sustainable and eco friendly practices including our partnership programme with Reforest Nation.

8. We are currently updating our in-house policies to include our 3R Design approach: Reduce, Re-use and Recycle.
